ETF Industry KPI – 1/11/2021

Week of January 4, 2021 KPI Summary

This week, the industry experienced 7 new ETF launches and 5 closures, updating the total US ETF count to 2,319. Total assets increased a noticeable 2.49% this week, crossing the five and a half Trillion-dollar mark. Another growth spot to highlight is the ETF expense ratio 12-month revenue increase of 3% from $10.15 to $10.46 Bn. For the first week of 2021, both TETFindex and S&P Financial Select Sector Index were both up with similar returns 4.79 and 4.83, respectively.
